HOLIDAY STYLE PACKAGES $550*

Styling to share for holiday properties and Airbnb, means standing out from the crowd, in what has become a very competitive market. The results fetch a higher listing price, guaranteed guest satisfaction, return clients and stellar reviews.

THE HOLIDAY EDIT $550*

This pacakage includes a 1 hour walk through on site, with an edit where needed to existing spatial planning and layouts, along with a basic declutter, style advice on items to keep/relocate/replace. If necessary, we then assist with sourcing and installing new items to complete the look.

This package also translates perfectly to the vendor who has a fully furnished home, but needs a little help editing the existing furnishings, to get ready for campaign photos and showings.

PARTIAL styling packages $2500*

A cost effective approach to assist with the finishing touches of your property.

Styling accessories for up to 3 spaces + Kitchen decor

  • Initial walk through, styling advice and detailed action plan check list.

  • Delivery, Install and collection of hired items.

  • Full Interior styling of the selected spaces ready for campaign photography.

  • Property promotion on all our social media platfroms.

This is a great option if you already have some existing furniture/furnishings you’d like to keep, but need additional layers to complete the final look and fine tune continuity throughout the spaces.

Packages vary, dependant on time frame, budget and the existing contents of the property, however our main objective is to elevate the existing look and feel of the property, so that you achieve fantastic photos for your campaign and maximum interest on walk throughs with potential buyers. Styling can be for an entire house, or just key rooms Ie. Main bed/living/dining/kitchen.

Full STAGING PACKAGES

Specifically targeted to an empty space, this is a full furnish and finish approach.

THE BASIC STYLE $4500*

Best suited for small to medium sized homes, duplexes and apartments.

  • Up to 3 spaces + Kitchen decor.

  • Initial walk through, styling advice and detailed action plan check list.

  • Delivery, Install and collection of hired items. Full Interior styling of the property ready for campaign photography.

  • Property promotion on all our social media platforms.

THE Complete stylE $6500*

Best suited to large family homes or properties with a second dwelling / studio space.

  • 4 spaces, 2 bathroom, Dining + Kitchen

  • Initial walk through, styling advice and detailed action plan check list.

  • Full Interior styling of the property ready for campaign photography.

  • Property promotion on all our social media platfroms.

  • Delivery, Install and collection of hired items.

All furniture items and accessories are selected on your behalf, taking careful consideration of the appropriate feel needed for the space. Priority is focused on the finer details, to make sure your property is absolutely game ready for your upcoming sales campaign. There are two packages to chose from, depending on the size of your property. Both packages include hire of all large furniture items, Accessories for each space, All linen and towels, Artwork for each space and greenery throughout, This is a full fit out, to ensure a fully resolved space.
